Review by Alex Eliades, Updated 8th August 2015
Bingocams is a brand that keeps popping up everywhere since its launch in February 2011. The site has had a lot of press as it is the only bingo site that allows players to use their webcam in the game (which is optional) and have chat moderators talking away on live video. Players using webcams can opt to have their live win moments published for everyone to see.
All online bingo players will know that the game is centred around a social scene and chat is what has really made online bingo special and a game that so many people love. Bingocams have taken an innovative leap of faith with the bespoke production of their own software that takes it to a new level and incorporates video as well as chat within the game.
The way the Bingocams game pans out is in a similar fashion to the many other bingo sites but the chat moderator is on live video with sound enabled so you will see and hear them talking. This is combined with the traditional chat facility so the chat moderator will speak in response to messages that players put into the chat pane. Players at their discretion can enable their own webcam, which will not be displayed to anyone throughout the game but if the player gets a win their live win moment will be recorded for several seconds. At the end of the game winning players will have the opportunity to review their live win moment and either approve or decline if it will be published to other players. If a player decides to publish their live win moment they will get some extra bingo bonus money and their video will be available for everyone to see.
This has created a compelling way to play online bingo and Bingocams players have given outstanding feedback of the Bingocams platform. Most other bingo sites use third party software with a different lick of paint but Bingocams own custom developed software cannot be found elsewhere making this a completely unique offering.
There is a £5 no deposit sign up bonus so it’s possible to sign up and test the site for money without making an initial deposit. First time depositors will take advantage of the 200% initial deposit bonus and there is also an ongoing 50% deposit reload bonus so existing players are not left out.
For support there is a comprehensive FAQ, live chat, a telephone call back option and email. This is a bingo site that has got something very different from all of the rest and differentiates itself not only on sign up offers and prizes but on how the game is played online. For us it is great to see such innovation in a bingo site and we recommend that any new or existing bingo player try it out.
